The Atlanta Hawks are reshaping their front office with two major additions following the promotion of Onsi Saleh to general manager.

According to ESPN’s Shams Charania, Atlanta is finalizing agreements to bring in Bryson Graham as Senior Vice President of Basketball Operations and Peter Dinwiddie as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Analytics.

Graham joins the Hawks after a 15-year tenure with the New Orleans Pelicans, where he rose from intern to general manager.

Dinwiddie arrives from the Philadelphia 76ers, where he had worked since 2020 following a 14-season stint with the Indiana Pacers.

These hires mark a pivotal step for Atlanta as the organization moves on from Landry Fields, who was relieved of GM duties after the 2024–25 season.

The Hawks finished 40–42 and earned the No. 8 seed in the Eastern Conference before falling to the Miami Heat in the second stage of the play-in tournament.

Despite the early exit, team leadership appears committed to restructuring the franchise’s basketball operations and analytical departments.

Saleh, previously assistant GM, was promoted in May and now begins his tenure with a retooled executive team ahead of a critical offseason.
