The Utah Jazz have officially elevated Steve Wojciechowski to the role of assistant coach under head coach Will Hardy, as announced in a recent team press release.

Wojciechowski brings a wealth of coaching experience to the position. He previously served for many years as an assistant coach at Duke University, his alma mater, where he worked under the legendary Mike Krzyzewski.

He later went on to become the head coach at Marquette University, gaining further experience at the collegiate level.

Most recently, Wojciechowski has been leading the Salt Lake City Stars, the Jazz’s NBA G League affiliate, as head coach for the past two seasons.

Under his leadership, the Stars achieved a strong 41-17 record during regular season play and secured playoff appearances in back-to-back years, demonstrating his effectiveness in player development and team success.

His promotion to the Jazz’s coaching staff reflects the organization’s confidence in his coaching abilities and his potential to contribute at the NBA level.
