Tyler Herro led the way with 25 points and nine assists as the Miami Heat cruised past the Boston Celtics 124-103 on Tuesday night. The win marked Miami’s sixth straight victory, their longest streak of the season, as they continued their push up the Eastern Conference standings.

Bam Adebayo contributed 21 points, while Miami saw seven players score in double figures to cap off a perfect 3-0 road trip. The Heat have bounced back from a rough stretch last month, during which they lost 10 consecutive games, and now look like a dangerous play-in team.

The Celtics, who entered the game on a season-best nine-game winning streak, struggled to match Miami’s energy. Jaylen Brown led Boston with 24 points and nine rebounds, while Jayson Tatum and Derrick White each finished with 16 points.

Miami took control early, building a 22-point lead in the third quarter before Boston made a push. The Celtics trimmed the deficit to just four at 91-87 in the fourth quarter, but the Heat responded with a dominant 22-9 run to put the game away.

Boston played without Jrue Holiday (shoulder), Kristaps Porzingis (rest), and Al Horford (toe), which forced head coach Joe Mazzulla to experiment with different rotations. The Celtics’ bench struggled to provide consistent scoring, contributing just 27 points.

Miami shot 51.8% from the field and made 14 three-pointers on 46.7% shooting from deep. Boston, meanwhile, struggled from beyond the arc, hitting just 12 of 43 attempts (27.9%). The Heat’s defensive pressure and ball movement led to 28 assists on 43 made baskets.

With the win, the Heat improved to 35-41 and remain in ninth place in the East as they fight for playoff positioning. The Celtics, now 56-20, remain the No. 2 seed in the conference despite the loss.
