Kelly Oubre Jr. has been logging heavy minutes for the Philadelphia 76ers recently and emerging as one of their most impactful players. Over the last 17 games, he has averaged 18.2 points, 7.4 rebounds, and 1.6 steals while playing 38.7 minutes per night.

However, the Sixers will be without him on Monday against Portland, as he has been ruled out due to illness, according to Kyle Neubeck of PHLY Sports.

Oubre Jr. holds an $8.38 million player option for the 2025/26 season, and his strong play down the stretch could make him more likely to decline that option and explore free agency for a bigger payday.

Oubre Jr. has played 10 seasons for 5 teams, including the Washington Wizards. He has averaged 13.3 points and 4.6 rebounds in 651 regular-season games.
