Liga Endesa side Laboral Kutxa has been punished by FIBA by not being allowed to complete any transfers starting from February 4, it has been reported.

The club, who also compete in the Euroleague still owes past payments to past players Lamont Hamilton and also to the Puerto Rican Agency True Sports International which represents Walter Hodge.

In order to make transfers for the future, Laboral Kutxa has to pay what is owed in Walter’s Hodge case, which is $121,620 US dollars of lost payments and  €13.942 in legal fees.
