Brooklyn Nets head coach Jordi Fernandez spoke highly about Trendon Watford’s versatility after Saturday’s 105-103 road win vs. the Philadelphia 76ers (16 points/1 rebound/6 assists/7-13 FG/2-3 FT/+1 +/-).

Reporter: “You guys are now 12-8 when Trendon plays this year. What does he bring to the court that translates so much to your guys’ ability to compete?”

Fernandez: “You just said it, it helps you win. He does that cuz he’s able to score, but also able to handle and play-make and play four positions and post up and make a three. So, all those things are super valuable at his size and position. It’s another guy I’m happy with cuz he gets hurt, then he gets hurt again, and now you can say those 20 games have been really good with him on the court.”
