Andrew Wiggins spearheaded the Golden State Warriors’ attack with 24 points as they defeated the Memphis Grizzlies 121-113 on Saturday night. The win improved the Warriors’ record to 18-16, while the Grizzlies dropped to 23-13.

The Warriors played without Stephen Curry, Brandin Podziemski, and Gary Payton II, relying on their depth to outlast their rivals. Dennis Schroder added 17 points and dished out nine assists, while Lindy Waters III provided a spark off the bench with 16 points on 4-of-5 shooting from beyond the arc.

For the Grizzlies, Ja Morant remained sidelined with a right AC joint strain, marking his fourth consecutive missed game. Memphis’ Jaren Jackson Jr. led his team with 23 points and nine rebounds, while Desmond Bane contributed 22 points and a team-high 10 assists. However, star rookie Jaylen Wells struggled, finishing with just eight points and missing all five of his three-point attempts.

The game was marked by its trademark physicality, with tempers flaring in the fourth quarter. Draymond Green received a flagrant foul for contact against Zach Edey and later earned his ninth technical foul of the season. Despite these disruptions, Golden State maintained composure to secure the victory.

Trayce Jackson-Davis delivered a solid performance for the Warriors with 11 points, nine rebounds, and five assists. Jonathan Kuminga contributed 13 points off the bench, while Buddy Hield added 14 points, including four three-pointers, to the Warriors’ balanced offensive output.

Golden State’s ball movement proved pivotal, as they recorded 32 assists on 44 made field goals. The team shot an impressive 52.4% from the field and an exceptional 53.5% from three-point range.

For Memphis, Jake LaRavia’s 17 points and 10 assists off the bench provided a boost, while Brandon Clarke chipped in 10 points and six rebounds. Despite their efforts, the Grizzlies were unable to overcome Golden State’s shooting accuracy and depth.
