According to a recent survey conducted by The Athletic, NBA executives have ranked the top front offices in the league, with the Oklahoma City Thunder leading the list.
The survey, which was based on votes from 40 NBA executives, awarded the Thunder 354 points, the highest of any team. The Boston Celtics secured the second spot with 250 points, followed by the Miami Heat in third with 114 points.
Other top-ranked front offices include the Memphis Grizzlies, Minnesota Timberwolves, and New York Knicks, rounding out the top six. The Orlando Magic, Cleveland Cavaliers, Golden State Warriors, and San Antonio Spurs secured the next spots on the list.
The rankings were determined using a scoring system where first-place votes received 10 points, second-place votes earned 7 points, third-place votes received 5 points, fourth-place votes garnered 3 points, and fifth-place votes received 1 point.
Other teams that received votes include the Indiana Pacers, Houston Rockets, and Utah Jazz, among others, showing the level of competitive talent and strategy across the league’s front offices.
