Miami Heat guard Tyler Herro would like to maintain playing at just over 200 pounds while also staying healthy.

(via Miami Heat):

“I was eating a lot of food this summer. Honestly, I was just eating everything. That was my goal. I ended the season at 189. I weighed in at 201 this morning. So, I gained like 12 pounds. This is the heaviest I’ve came into camp in my career, so trying to keep the weight on and being able to stay healthy. I think that will help me being more durable, having a little bigger frame throughout an 82-game season. And then, just taking care of my body recovery-wise and truly being a professional in that side of the sport. I put the work in on the court and in the weight room, it’s kinda all about just staying healthy and putting that recovery work in as well.”
