The New Orleans Pelicans have officially signed Keion Brooks Jr. and Galen Robinson Jr.

Brooks Jr., a 6-foot-7 forward, made waves in college basketball with a standout season at the University of Washington.

He averaged 21.1 points, 6.8 rebounds, and 1.4 assists, earning First Team All-Pac-12 honors in the 2023-24 season.

After going undrafted in the 2024 NBA Draft, Brooks joined the Pelicans for the 2024 Summer League. During the Summer League, Brooks averaged 9.8 points and 3.5 rebounds per game.

Brooks’ journey included a strong college career at both Kentucky and Washington, where he was a key contributor for both programs.

At Kentucky, Brooks averaged 10.8 points and 4.4 rebounds as a junior before transferring to Washington.

In his senior year at Washington, he averaged 17.7 points and 6.7 rebounds, returning for a fifth season to further elevate his game.

Robinson Jr., a 6-foot-1 guard, has played in the NBA G League and internationally.

Last season, Robinson played for the Birmingham Squadron, averaging 5.0 points, 2.0 rebounds, 2.7 assists, and 1.5 steals per game.

After going undrafted in 2019, Robinson joined the San Antonio Spurs for the Summer League and later signed an Exhibit 10 deal with the team.

He played in the G League for the Austin Spurs, where he averaged 8.1 points and 4.6 assists during his rookie season.

Robinson also spent time with teams in Europe, including BG Göttingen in the German Basketball Bundesliga.

His career has been marked by stints in France and Germany before returning to the G League in 2023.

In March 2023, Robinson was briefly with the Sioux Falls Skyforce but rejoined the Austin Spurs shortly after.

Now, with the Pelicans, Robinson aims to make an impact and compete for a spot in the NBA.

The Pelicans also confirmed the signing of Izaiah Brockington, who had previously been reported as joining the team.

Brockington, a 6-foot-4 guard, played for the Birmingham Squadron last season, averaging 12.4 points, 5.4 rebounds, and 2.1 assists.

He also made his NBA debut with the Pelicans, scoring four points in his only game with the team.
