The Sacramento Kings have signed guard Boogie Ellis following his strong showing in the NBA 2K25 Summer League. Per team policy, the terms of the deal have not been disclosed.

Ellis appeared in five Summer League games for the Kings, averaging 11.2 points per game while shooting 51.3% from the field.

He also showcased his accuracy from beyond the arc, hitting 54.5% of his 3-point attempts.

Ellis is a San Diego native and spent the last three seasons playing for the University of Southern California.

His performance earned him All-Pac-12 Second Team honors for the 2022-2023 college basketball season.

The Kings’ decision to sign Ellis comes as they continue to build around their core roster, which includes stars De’Aaron Fox, Domantas Sabonis, and DeMar DeRozan.
