The Portland Trail Blazers have signed guard Taze Moore to a two-way contract, according to NBA insider Adrian Wojnarowski.

Moore spent the majority of the past season with the Blazers’ developmental program, appearing in four NBA games and 22 G League games with the Rip City Remix.

After going undrafted in the 2022 NBA Draft, Moore initially joined the Brooklyn Nets for the Summer League.

He later signed with BG Gottingen in the Basketball Bundesliga on August 4, 2024, but left the team on October 6 after playing one game.

On October 22, 2022, Moore was selected 9th overall in the NBA G League Draft by the Texas Legends, where he averaged 13.9 points, 3.7 assists, and 6.7 rebounds per game during the 2022–23 season.

Moore briefly joined the Dallas Mavericks on October 16, 2023, but was waived the following day.

Twelve days later, he rejoined the Legends before being traded to the Rip City Remix on January 11, 2024.

On January 20, 2024, Moore signed a 10-day contract with the Trail Blazers, making his NBA debut the following day with two points and a steal in four minutes off the bench.

He became the first player from the Remix to earn an NBA call-up, marking a significant milestone in his career.

Moore returned to the Remix on January 30, 2024, and signed with the Trail Blazers for the rest of the season on April 14, 2024.

After the NBA season, Moore joined the Vancouver Bandits of the Canadian Elite Basketball League on April 18, 2024.

In the CEBL, he averaged 17.1 points, 8.3 rebounds, and 6.8 assists per game over 19 games.
