Over the last few years, more than 20,000 Haitian migrants have settled in Springfield, Ohio, creating significant demographic changes in the community.
Recent reports claim that some migrants are involved in reckless behavior, such as crashing cars, hitting school buses, and even catching and eating cats, dogs, and ducks from local parks.
