A key aspect of the NBA schedule is analyzing rest advantages. In the 2024-25 season, the New Orleans Pelicans have a league-low four games with a rest advantage, while the Brooklyn Nets have 15.

Conversely, the Pelicans also have the fewest games with a rest disadvantage, with just six, while the LA Clippers and Milwaukee Bucks each face a league-high 13 games with a rest disadvantage.

In terms of net ‘rest advantage,’ the Chicago Bulls and Golden State Warriors lead with four more games on rest advantage than disadvantage, while the Phoenix Suns lag with four fewer.
