Baskonia has announced the signing of Trent Forrest for the next two seasons.
The 26-year-old American guard will join the Gasteiz-based team through the 2026 season.
Forrest, who went undrafted in 2020, previously played two seasons with the NBA’s Atlanta Hawks. Last season he averaged 2.2 points, 1.3 rebounds and 2.4 assists in 10.9 minutes per game for the Hawks.
Born in Dothan, Alabama, and educated at the University of Florida, Forrest averaged 8.3 points and 3.3 assists per game over his four seasons with the Seminoles.
In 2020, Forrest signed a dual contract with the Utah Jazz, later moving to Atlanta.
