The Memphis Grizzlies have executed a trade sending forward Ziaire Williams and a 2030 second-round pick via Dallas to the Brooklyn Nets, per NBA insider Adrian Wojnarowski.

Williams, selected as the 10th pick in the 2021 NBA Draft, will join the Nets in exchange for Mamadi Diakite from Brooklyn.

As part of the deal, Memphis also acquires the draft rights to Nemanja Dangubic, the 54th pick in the 2014 NBA Draft.

During the previous season, Williams, aged 22, averaged 8.2 points and 3.5 rebounds in 20.4 minutes per game for the Grizzlies.

Diakite predominantly played in the G League last season, showcasing notable statistics with the Westchester Knicks and Austin Spurs.

The 27-year-old forward posted impressive averages of 14.4 points and 8.6 rebounds in 27.5 minutes per game across his G League appearances.
