“JB [Bickerstaff] and I talked about it today, we were just talking about our schedule in Vegas, kinda what we’re gonna do there with our staff and intermixing that and having dinners and whatever that looks like. I actually told him… I said, ‘I’m gonna have a dinner with our front office staff, because what we’ve accomplished here in the 6-7 weeks that we’ve been together, for me, really I’m incredibly proud of.’ It was kinda my vision coming in here and kinda what I talked to our staff about is there’s gonna be a lot that has to be accomplished over the next 4 weeks, and they had to believe and trust me and my vision and our staff’s vision and really come together and buy into the things that we were trying to do. Sometimes intermixing leftover staff and then new staff coming together can be challenging, and it’s pretty much been seamless with the group of people that have been here. So, I’m super excited about the group that we have and incredibly blessed that they’ve come together for the past 4 or 5 weeks and very, very happy about what we’ve been able to accomplish in the time that I’ve been here.”
