The Los Angeles Lakers continue to bolster their coaching lineup under new head coach JJ Redick by adding former assistant Greg St. Jean.

NBA insider Michael Scotto confirmed the Lakers’ move to hire St. Jean as an assistant coach, joining Redick’s revamped staff.

St. Jean previously contributed to the Lakers’ 2020 championship run under Frank Vogel’s leadership.

Following his tenure with the Lakers, St. Jean served as an assistant coach with Jason Kidd in Dallas and reunited with Vogel in Phoenix.

With a solid track record in championship-winning environments, St. Jean brings valuable experience to the Lakers’ coaching ranks.

Previously, the Lakers have added former NBA head coaches Nate McMillan and Scott Brooks to their coaching staff.
