According to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski on Sports Center, the Los Angeles Clippers offered Paul George a three-year contract instead of a four-year one and did not include a no-trade clause.

If George had chosen the Clippers’ three-year deal worth around $160 million over the Philadelphia 76ers’ four-year, $212 million offer, he would have forfeited approximately $50 million in guaranteed money and would not have had control over his future with the team for the duration of the contract.
