Bronny James went undrafted on Day 1 of the 2024 NBA Draft.
All 30 picks were made on Wednesday night without LeBron’s son being chosen, leaving his NBA future uncertain as Thursday’s draft continued.
Bronny, 19, not being selected in the first round wasn’t unexpected – he was considered a likely second-round pick. He only had two individual workouts this summer with the Lakers and Suns, though other teams were interested.
The Lakers chose Tennessee’s Dalton Knecht at No. 17 instead of Bronny.
