Oshae Brissett has decided to decline his $2.5 million player option with the Boston Celtics for the 2024-25 season, making him an unrestricted free agent this summer, according to a tweet by Keith Smith.
Brissett, who played a role in the Celtics’ NBA championship victory this past season, averaged 3.7 points, 2.9 rebounds, and 11.5 minutes per game.
His decision opens up opportunities for Brissett to explore other options in the upcoming free agency market.
