A troubling video surfaced early Thursday night in Alexandria, VA, showing former NBA player Delonte West. Last week, Delonte was arrested and needed several doses of Narcan after being discovered unconscious on the street. Although Mark Cuban previously tried to assist Delonte, and he had been improving for a while, he is no longer doing well.
