Ahead of Game 4 of the Western Conference finals against the Minnesota Timberwolves, the Dallas Mavericks may see the return of Maxi Kleber, providing a potential boost to their roster.

NBA insider Shams Charania reports that Kleber has been upgraded to questionable for Game 4 after being sidelined since May 3 due to an AC joint shoulder separation.

With the Mavericks holding a commanding 3-0 lead in the series, Kleber’s return could further strengthen their position.

The German power forward’s potential comeback brings optimism to the Mavericks, who are eyeing their first NBA Finals appearance in 13 years.

Throughout the postseason, Kleber has been averaging 5.7 points and 2.7 rebounds in 19.3 minutes per game across six playoff appearances.

As Dallas aims to close out the series and advance to the NBA Finals, Kleber’s availability adds depth to their rotation, especially with Dereck Lively II being out with a neck sprain.
