James Jones is confident in the Phoenix Suns’ roster and has dismissed any talk of trading Kevin Durant, Devin Booker, or Bradley Beal this offseason, despite facing second apron restrictions.

With over $194 million committed to seven players next season, the Suns will surpass the projected $189.5 million second apron, leading to several restrictions on roster additions.

They can only re-sign their free agents, sign their draft picks, sign players to minimum contracts, and make heavily restricted trades.

This financial situation is expected to persist until at least the summer of 2026 when Durant’s contract expires, potentially giving the Suns some tax relief.
