According to Sports Media Watch, Caitlin Clark’s WNBA debut in Connecticut against the Sun ranked as the third most-watched sporting event on Tuesday night, trailing behind Game 5 of the Knicks-Pacers and Game 5 of the Timberwolves-Nuggets in the NBA Playoffs’ second round.

However, it was a challenging game for both Clark and the Fever. Despite Clark scoring a team-high 20 points, she struggled, shooting just 5-for-15 from the floor and turning the ball over 10 times as the Sun secured a 92-71 victory.

“I’m disappointed, and nobody likes to lose, but I don’t think you can beat yourself up too much about one game,” Clark said after the game. “I don’t think that’s going to help this team.”
