Former NBA player Chandler Parsons attributes New York’s injuries to Tom Thibodeau, suggesting that the demanding nature of his coaching style contributes to players’ reluctance to play for him.
He believes that Thibodeau’s approach isn’t sustainable throughout a long season, referencing a recent players’ poll that reflected dissatisfaction with playing under Thibodeau.
“This is why that players poll came out with guys that don’t want to play for [Tom Thibodeau], because it doesn’t last, you can’t sustain it in such a long season,” Parsons said.
