Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James opened about his feeling on his team’s first-round playoff exit against the Denver Nuggets.

“Sh*t, where I am emotionally right now? I don’t know to be honest. I have no idea where I am emotionally right,” James told JJ Redick on Mind The Game podcast.

LeBron then proceed to go over the series, emphasizing how the Lakers were closing to winning on multiple occasions, including Game 2 and Game 5 when Jamal Murray hit game-winners.

“F*ck, we had so many opportunities man… I believe we made too many errors in some of the games… The better team won, for sure. Give credit where credit is due,” the four-time NBA champion said.

Redick concurred, saying that he thought the Nuggets were the better team four months ago and he thinks the same now.

Following a disappointing end of the postseason, the Lakers are already making changes, dismissing not only head coach Darvin Ham, but also the entire coaching staff.

James is also facing a pivotal summer as he has a player option in his contract for next season. The expectation is that he opts out and sings a new max deal with the Purple and Gold.
