After a disappointing first-round playoff exit, the Phoenix Suns are reportedly mulling over the future of head coach Frank Vogel.

Despite high expectations with the addition of Vogel and a star-studded lineup, the Suns were swept by the Minnesota Timberwolves in the opening round.

Vogel, who took over from Monty Williams last summer, aimed to leverage his championship-winning experience to lead the Suns to playoff success.

The Suns had assembled a formidable trio in Devin Booker, Kevin Durant, and Bradley Beal, aiming to contend for an NBA championship under Vogel’s guidance.

However, the team fell short of expectations, unable to advance past the first round of the playoffs.

With speculation mounting about Vogel’s tenure, Duane Rankin of the Arizona Republic reports that the Suns will make a decision on the coach’s future “soon.”
