The NBA unveiled the finalists for the 2023-24 Rookie of the Year award: Chet Holmgren from the Oklahoma City Thunder, Brandon Miller from the Charlotte Hornets, and Victor Wembanyama from the San Antonio Spurs.
Despite missing the previous season due to injury, Holmgren made an impact, earning the Western Conference Rookie of the Month in November and December.
Wembanyama, the first overall pick in 2023, dominated with three consecutive Western Conference Rookie of the Month titles. Miller, the second overall pick, matched Wembanyama’s feat, securing three Eastern Conference Rookie of the Month honors.
