Paul Pierce has a bold idea for LeBron James if the Los Angeles Lakers fail to secure a playoff spot through the Play-In Tournament.

With the Lakers currently trailing in the standings, Pierce proposes that LeBron could consider a return to the Cleveland Cavaliers, while son Bronny James gets drafted by the Cavs for a memorable farewell tour.

“If [The Lakers] flame out & lose in the play-in, I would consider — if I was LeBron [James] — being traded back to Cleveland for Donovan Mitchell… Bronny gets picked up by [the Cavs] & Bron has his farewell world tour with his son,” Pierce said on Undisputed.

The Lakers’ postseason fate hangs in the balance as they fight to avoid elimination in the highly competitive Western Conference.
