Following the Orlando Magic’s 117-108 victory over the New Orleans Pelicans, head coach Willie Green addressed the ejections of three Pelicans players—Herbert Jones, Trey Murphy III, and Dyson Daniels—in the game’s final moments.

With 7 seconds left to play in the fourth quarter and the Magic leading 114-106, tensions boiled over, leading to the players’ ejections.

Green acknowledged the frustration felt by his team, stating, “Our frustration boiled over. We have to keep our composure. Look, I get it, some calls aren’t going our way. We feel like other teams getting those calls and our guys are frustrated about it. Rightfully so. I’m okay with battling and there’s times where guys get a tech here and there. But at the end of game we have to keep our composure. Game’s over pretty much. We got to take. We lost, we got to be able to take that sometimes,” during his postgame comments.
