Charlotte Hornets sensation LaMelo Ball’s season has come to an early end, with the young star sidelined for the team’s final ten matchups.

According to NBA insider Shams Charania, Ball will miss the remainder of the season as he continues rehabilitating from an ankle injury sustained earlier in the year.

This setback follows Ball’s standout performance this season, where he averaged a career-high 23.9 points per game over 22 appearances for the Hornets.

The Hornets, currently positioned 13th in the Eastern Conference with a record of 18-54, have already been eliminated from postseason contention.
