The Portland Trail Blazers have encountered significant injury setbacks this season, particularly in the guard/wing positions. However, there seems to be a glimmer of hope as the season progresses.

Shaedon Sharpe, who has been sidelined since mid-January due to a core muscle injury, is nearing a comeback. He is set to join the Rip City Remix of the G League for practice sessions as part of his conditioning regimen leading up to his return.

Sharpe has already missed 39 games this season, a stark contrast to his rookie year when he missed only two games. Despite the setbacks, in his sophomore season, Sharpe has maintained strong averages of 15.9 points, 5.0 rebounds, and 2.9 assists per game, while playing an average of 33.1 minutes.
