LeBron James, D’Angelo Russell, and Anthony Davis led the Los Angeles Lakers (37-32) to a resounding 136-105 rout over the Atlanta Hawks (30-38) on Monday night.

Russell scored game-high 27 points, including six 3-pointers, and dished 10 assists, while James tallied 25 points, 10 assists, and seven rebounds.

Davis, despite a recent eye injury, contributed 22 points and 15 rebounds to anchor the Lakers’ dominant performance in the paint. Rui Hachimura provided support with 17 points.

Despite a valiant effort from Jalen Johnson and Bogdan Bogdanovic, who scored 25 and 17 points respectively for the Hawks, Atlanta struggled to contain the Lakers’ offensive firepower throughout the contest.

Dejounte Murray, who was Lakers’ trade target before the deadline, was limited to just 13 points on 6/18 shooting from the field.

The Lakers’ victory not only snapped a two-game losing streak but also propelled them back up to ninth place in the competitive Western Conference standings.

Missing Trae Young for the 12th consecutive game, the Hawks were unable to replicate their previous success against the Lakers. Atlanta’s injury woes continued as Jalen Johnson suffered an ankle injury late in the game.
