JaVale McGee, the three-time NBA champion, has affirmed that he harbors no intentions of retiring from professional basketball.

Having completed his 16th season in the league with the Sacramento Kings, the 36-year-old center remains committed to continuing his career on the court.

Despite his veteran status, McGee emphasized his desire to prolong his NBA journey, expressing his unequivocal stance on the matter during the end of season interview. “I have no interest in retiring at all,” he said.

With his tenure as a member of the Kings concluding, McGee will soon enter the realm of unrestricted free agency, presenting him with opportunities to explore potential destinations for the upcoming season.

Throughout the 2023-2024 NBA campaign, McGee contributed to the Kings’ efforts on the court, averaging 4 points and 2.7 rebounds in 7.4 minutes per game.
