Cleveland Cavaliers center Jarrett Allen says that being more dependable/reliable has been an area of growth for him ever since year one in the NBA.

“Coming up in this league, I feel like I wasn’t as dependable. I feel like I’d go out, have a double-double one game, next game I have 5 and 4. And for me, it was something that I wanted to expand on, something that I wanted to improve on and be more reliable, whether it’s a double-double every single night or just being consistent on the defensive end. So for me, I would just say it was a growth that I wanted to improve on since my rookie year.”
