RJ Barrett led the charge with 23 points as the Toronto Raptors (18-33) clinched a 123-117 win over the Charlotte Hornets (10-40) on Wednesday night, extending the Hornets’ losing streak to nine games.

Despite a career-high 45-point effort from Hornets’ Miles Bridges, the Raptors managed to outshine their opponents, showcasing resilience on both ends of the court.

Scottie Barnes, named an All-Star game alternate earlier in the day, contributed 18 points to the Raptors’ winning effort, along with Immanuel Quickley, who also tallied 18 points.

Brandon Miller’s 20-point contribution for the Hornets wasn’t sufficient to halt their losing streak.
