Anadolu Efes parts ways with Erdem Can

Anadolu Efes has undergone another coaching change as the team has decided to part ways with coach Erdem Can. The decision follows a significant loss to Zalgiris in Kaunas.

Can took over the head coaching position from Ergin Ataman last summer. The club officially announced the decision to separate from the coach.

“As Anadolu Efes Sports Club, we have parted ways with Mr. Erdem Can.

We thank him for his efforts for our club and wish him success in his future career,” according to the official release.

Can, previously successful with Turk Telekom, faced challenges at Anadolu Efes due to injuries. His departure aligns with Anadolu Efes holding a 9-15 record and ranking 16th in the standings.
