Elton Brown was linked with Maccabi Tel Aviv earlier this season and eventually was signed by Pini Gershon. 25-year-old American forward was close to Chicago Bulls but was dropped. Brown spent last season in Hapoel Holon and won Israeli league title.
The addition of Elton Brown means that Esteban Batista's future in Maccabi is a big question. Uruguayan forward is attracting interest of the Spanish clubs and could continue his career there.
Rodney White could also be on his way out after being not registered for two games in a row. Italian and Turkish teams are interested in him.
