Shai Gilgeous-Alexander scored 33 points, leading the Oklahoma City Thunder (30-13) to a hard-fought 111-109 win over the Portland Trail Blazers (12-31). Jalen Williams played a crucial role, sinking the game-winner with just two seconds remaining.

Portland, led by Scoot Henderson’s 19 points and Anfernee Simons’ 17, had a chance to secure the win when Simons hit a clutch 3-pointer with 29 seconds left, giving the Trail Blazers a 109-106 lead.

However, Jalen Williams responded with a key basket, closing the gap to 109-108. A pivotal double-dribble by Malcolm Brogdon in the closing moments turned the tide, infuriating Trail Blazers coach Chauncey Billups, who received two technical fouls and was ejected.

Gilgeous-Alexander, hitting a free throw, leveled the score, setting the stage for Williams’ game-winning mid-range jumper.
