The New York Knicks and point guard Miles McBride have reached a deal for a three-year contract extension worth $13 million.
McBride, who was on track to become a restricted free agent in the upcoming offseason, has played in 122 games over two and a half seasons with the Knicks.
In his third year, he maintains career averages of 2.8 points and one assist per game. McBride’s strong work ethic has made him a standout for the Knicks, earning praise for his consistent preparation even in the face of irregular playing time.
