Bojan Bogdanovic, the veteran player for the Detroit Pistons, may be ready to play in the upcoming game against the Cleveland Cavaliers on Saturday.
Bogdanovic, who is uncertain for the Thursday matchup against New York has been recovering from a right calf strain. Edwards initially reported the possibility of the 34-year-old returning to action this week.
As Bogdanovic enters his 10th NBA season, he achieved a career-high average of 21.6 points with an impressive shooting line of .488/.411/.884 in the previous season for Detroit.
Despite the Pistons facing a challenging stretch with a team-record 15 consecutive losses and holding the worst record in the league at 2-16, Bogdanovic’s return is anticipated to provide a significant boost to the team’s 27th-ranked offense.
