In a revelation that caught Lakers superstar LeBron James off guard, the 38-year-old NBA icon discovered that he is not only the oldest player on the court but also older than Utah Jazz’s head coach, Will Hardy, who is 35.

Following a strong performance against the Jazz, where James contributed 17 points, 7 rebounds, and 9 assists, the news of being senior to coach Hardy left LeBron in amused disbelief.

“I’m older than who?” James exclaimed. “I’m older than…oh, wow. Oh my goodness. I don’t even mind. Yeah, that’s a good one. You got me on that one. You got me on that one. That’s crazy.”

James, often regarded as one of the league’s seasoned veterans, continues to defy age with his outstanding contributions on the court.

Despite reaching the advanced stage of his illustrious career, James maintains an impressive stat line this season, averaging 26.4 points, 8.2 rebounds, and 6.5 assists in just 34.4 minutes per game.
