Jaden McDaniels, the promising forward for the Minnesota Timberwolves, recently inked a significant 5-year, $131 million contract extension just ahead of the 2023-24 NBA season.

Reflecting on this milestone, McDaniels conveyed his appreciation to general manager Tim Connelly and the team’s owners for the opportunity and their belief in his potential.

He emphasized the life-changing impact of the contract, stating, “It’s hit me, but it hasn’t hit me all the way yet,” as reported by Chris Hine.

In the previous season, McDaniels, aged 23, showcased his skills on the court, contributing an average of 12.1 points, 3.9 rebounds, and 1.9 assists during his 30.6 minutes of playtime per game.
