Following his retirement in 2019, the Miami Heat legend Dwyane Wade lacked continuous access to personalized medical guidance, which had been an integral part of his life as a professional NBA player. Consequently, he began to encounter frequent instances of discomfort and physical distress.

“I had to go out and find my own information. I was looking for the things that could help me perform in all of the ways that I need to perform as someone who still looks at himself as an athlete. But I’m aging,” says Wade, via CNBC.
