Bayern has secured the signing of 22-year-old Leandro Bolmaro, adding the talented swingman to their roster for the next two seasons.
Bolmaro’s arrival follows his stint with Lenovo Tenerife in the 2022-23 season, where he averaged 6.0 points and 2.0 rebounds in 16 Spanish League games and 6.0 points and 1.6 rebounds in seven Basketball Champions League games.
He has previously played 36 EuroLeague games with FC Barcelona during the 2019-20 and 2020-21 seasons. Drafted 23rd overall in the 2020 NBA Draft, Bolmaro also had opportunities to play in the NBA with the Minnesota Timberwolves and the Utah Jazz, as well as their respective G League teams. Now, he returns to the EuroLeague, aiming to make a significant impact under the guidance of coach Pablo Laso at Bayern Munich.
