Kenyon Martin Jr., who was recently traded from the Rockets to the Clippers, took to social media to express his gratitude to the Rockets organization and the city of Houston.

In a heartfelt farewell message, Martin thanked the Fertitta Family and General Manager Rafael Stone for giving him the opportunity to play in the NBA.

Martin also expressed his appreciation for the coaching staff, weights coaches, trainers, media personnel, film crew, and equipment managers who have supported him during his time with the Rockets. Despite the ups and downs, Martin emphasized that he gave his all in representing the city of Houston on the court.

To his teammates, Martin expressed his gratitude for their support in his development as a player and encouraged them to continue to excel. He concluded his message by expressing his excitement to return home to Los Angeles and join the Clippers, promising to give his all for his new team.

During the previous season with the Rockets, Martin averaged 12.7 points, 5.5 rebounds, and 1.5 assists in 28 minutes per game. As he embarks on the next chapter of his career with the Clippers, Martin is eager to make an impact and continue his growth in his hometown.
