Jabari Smith Jr. is taking the NBA Summer League by storm. After dropping 33 points in the previous game, the 20-year-old power forward followed up by torching the Pistons with 38 points.

Last year’s No. 3 pick was asked what advice he received from the Rockets new head coach Ime Udoka.

“Out here at Summer League he’s just telling me to lead. To use my voice. It’s better to learn how to lead earlier than later. And focus on defense and ways to help this team,” Smith said, via Salman Ali.
