Nikola Jokic has made history this year by leading the Nuggets to their firs-ever NBA Finals. The two-time MVP did not win his third straight individual award this season, but he might still be the best player, according to Damian Lillard.
The Trail Blazers superstar shared his thoughts on Jokic on Instagram Live stream. He praised the Serbian center for staying true and having organic triple-doubles.
“Joker might be the best player in the league… Smart as hell, he can shoot, he pass, he play team ball, he care about winning, he humble, he stay true. I like how Joker do his thing,” Lillard said, via ClutchPoints.
