Euroleague newcomers Pinar Izmir have reportedly signed Josh Carter, as reported by Basketfaul.
If it is confirmed, the player, who spent last season at Turk Telekom Ankara could sign a two-year deal.
Carter averaged 14.7 points and 3.6 rebounds per game in TBL.
